Return Policies
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges are accepted with return authorization by phone within 48 hours of receipt. Merchandise must be in original condition and packaging, must include all materials in original shipment, & must be received within 10 days of RTA issuance. Please call 970.903.1744 with any questions. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Returns are issued by original method of payment only. Make any damaged freight claims immediately upon receipt.

Shipping Policies
Our preferred shipping method at this time is U.S.P.S. Priority Mail on all parcel up to 10 lbs, then additional fees may apply. Standard shipping and handling cost is $8.95. If you prefer next day Express Service, rates normally start around $20.00, please contact me should you have any questions!

Shipping Times
Because your order is hand made, orders placed on our site usually ship within 7-10 business days. In the event that this is not possible we will contact you with an estimated date of delivery. Please understand that it is NOT our policy to over promise and under deliver! All orders within the United States should arrive within 2 to 3 days from date of ship. U.S.P.S. Priority Mail includes automatic Delivery Confirmation.
